I personally am in the medical field, taking care of patients and making their lives easier, more tolerable if I can. I take pride in what I do and do it honestly. When my family member was being assisted by the neighbors I had no idea how cruel people could be. My family member was isolated from ...all of us for 18 months because of the situation. With a little hope they reached out to us for help. Fortunately by this time there was enough documentation from medical/social/other professionals to begin reclaiming their life and the estate. My sister and I needed to find someone that wasn't just an average lawyer but someone that was well versed in a complex set of laws. My criteria was we needed the meanest sob we could find because we were dealing with real creeps. Bradley was recommended by a lawyer friend, he is brilliant, professional, well versed in different areas of law, prepared for any situation, personable, and compassionate. This case took on so many different angles and so many different aspects of law, constantly taking different directions of how devious a person could be. The court proceedings at times seemed like a ballet of words, he never stumbled, always had the next line ready. This case was complex, lasting 3 years. Bradley was always patient with us, taking time to explain the legal aspect of situations over and over at times. He always responded to our requests in a timely manor, always took the time to truly understand the wishes of my family member. This is an important statement, Bradley always made sure that he followed the clients wishes. Another aspect of the whole legal world that was surprising to me is that of the attorneys that have a premier reputation, Bradley is well regarded as one of the top attorneys. We will always be grateful to Bradley and his firm for giving our lives back intact. He continues to follow us to this day, always happy to get an update on the family, always courteous. We worked with Jacob at first but when it came to trial Brad took over to my dismay, he did not follow through with anything that we gave him. I did become trustee of the Evelyn June Luna Trust, but the real property in the trust had been encumbered with an illegal loan taken out by the former trust...ee, Brad kept telling me to just pay the loan but the loan company would not work with me because the loan was a personal loan of the former trustee beneficiary. Nothing got resolved with that loan and it has cost the beneficiaries approximately 60,000. He recommended an attorney he knew to go forward with the illegal loan but that attorney Patrick L Lund had been taking clients funds and not following through which he did once again with us to the tune of$92,000. Mr. Kirk wrote up an illegal contract with us which I did not know at the time, but since have researched and found to be a voidable contract because of the writing of it. Still nothing has been resolved even though I have gone to the state bar with it.Be careful on how they write up a contingency contract with you, research how those contracts should be written up and make sure they are written up correctly because it can cost you many years and funds if it is not written up right right

Upon the sudden death of a friend, I became Executor of her Estate and Trustee of her Trust. All of the beneficiaries were out of state. I didn't know where to start, but Jacob of Bradley Kirk & Assoc helped me get organized and get through the many steps in the process to perform my duties on behal...f of the beneficiaries. He always responds to my emails and phone calls in a timely manner. There was an outstanding debt due to the Estate that posed a more complicated issue, but Jacob’s experience, knowledge and communications skills continue to help me work the issue.
