Bradley Reed Kirk

I hired Bradley R. Kirk and Associates to represent me after I learned that my brother filed a personal lawsuit against me for $500k, after my mother's death. Mr. Kirk promised me that if I gave him $25k, that he would handle all legal matters and this process would take 4 to 6 months. This was... not the case. To date, this matter is not completely resolved and I feel that Mr. Kirk took advantage of my vulnerability, as I was grieving the death of my mother, and he knew of my disabilities. During the last 7 years I have paid Mr. Kirk over $200k because he continued to delay and actually threatened to drop the case if I didn't give him additional funds. Before I hired Mr. Kirk, I paid another attorney to privately tape my mother's last wishes. Mr. Kirk did not use this key testimony until the end when I had no more money to give him. He told me that he would not take this matter to Court as he would get into trouble for the exhorbant amount of money I paid him and he said that the Court would most likely not rule in my favor. I have copies of every check I wrote to this attorney firm and never was I given a receipt or an itemized statement of the services he provided. In 2023, I had to pay $300 to a moving company to remove 43 boxes of documents from his office, most of which were not relevant to the case (i.e. my mother's medical records). I am disappointed and distraught that Mr. Kirk took most of the money I had from me and now I'm disabled, on a fixed income, and extremely concerned about my financial future. I strongly recommend that any potential new client thouroughly research this firm before hiring them or giving them any money. I feel totally betrayed and deceived.

It’s like hiring yourself not sure if they know about law. Jacob D is someone who will take your money and say it’s best if you handle it. Will not talk to you are even listen to your case does what he wants probably spending your money while you are worried about your case so don’t go to these lawye...r. The website says aggressive litigator doesn't seem so Jacob is one who may not even fight for you but take your money. They are a joke

Mr. Bradley (Brad) Kirk is an excellent attorney. I was very fortunate to find my way to Brad and his firm. Despite already having several legal actions on trust and elder issues brought against me in other venues, and one still pending, Brad was quickly able to master the complicated history, get ...to the heart of the legal matters, and provide invaluable guidance to me as a trustee, attorney-in-fact, and with my court accounting. Brad is an excellent communicator and is diligent, hard working, knowledgeable, creative, and smart. His (and his team's) preparation for depositions and skill during the depositions was amazing. We didn't ultimately go to trial, but Brad and his firm were thoroughly prepared to proceed. The final resolution of all matters was what I was seeking from the beginning. Along with Brad, it was also a pleasure to work with Jacob, Larissa and Christiaan. They were always professional, compassionate, honest and diligent. They went above and beyond, and I am very grateful to them.

Upon the sudden death of a friend, I became Executor of her Estate and Trustee of her Trust. All of the beneficiaries were out of state. I didn't know where to start, but Jacob of Bradley Kirk & Assoc helped me get organized and get through the many steps in the process to perform my duties on behal...f of the beneficiaries. He always responds to my emails and phone calls in a timely manner. There was an outstanding debt due to the Estate that posed a more complicated issue, but Jacob’s experience, knowledge and communications skills continue to help me work the issue. I appreciate the integrity of Bradley Kirk & Assoc and recommend them highly. I feel I have received excellent value for the fee I've paid.

Jacob De Villiers of Bradley Kirk and Associates was wonderful in assisting me with the probate process after the death of my mother.
