Amy Marie Montes

Attorney Montes graduated from Whittier Law School in 2005 and since, has devoted most of her practice to obtaining results for hundreds of clients in the area of family law.  She is well recognized for her advocacy and leadership abilities, and hands on dedication to her clients. 
 
Most recently, in 2008, Attorney Montes was elected by her peers as President-Elect of the Orange County Barristers, and in 2009, as President, she was featured in the February 2009 issue of “Orange County Lawyers” magazine, entitled “Who’s Who in Orange County?”  Currently Attorney Montes remains as part of the Executive Board of Directors, and participates in various committees.   

Attorney Montes is an active member of the Orange County Bar Association, Los Angeles Bar Association, Family Law Section, Women Law Association, and Hispanic Bar Association, all of which she utilizes to promote social justice.

On her spare time, Attorney Montes devotes her time to philanthropy by helping at domestic violence clinics, and working closely with the legal community in transforming legal policy for the benefit of her clients.  In August 2010 Attorney Montes was nominated to become part of the Gray Williams Inns of Court, and looks forward to accepting this great honor, and becoming an active participant.  
 
Attorney Montes is most notable for bringing forth solutions, while maintaining a perfect blend of mediation tactics and litigation preparation.  Attorney Montes possesses a clear understanding of the law in the courtroom, and a unique style of conflict resolution that brings together an expeditious resolution to each client.
