Employee Break Issues

I have had the pleasure and working along side Tyler for many years. Tyler is one of these few attorneys you meet that has what I call the five-tool package in lawyering (Responsive, Realistic, Professional, Aggressive, and Compassionate/Caring). It is not easy to walk that fine with clients on exp...ectations and outcome. He has remarkable presence and works with a wonderful team around him. I don't think you will find a better choice for your employment needs.

Expedient closure & positive results!

I reached out to Tyler the moment I realized my employer was starting to set me up in order to fire me. I had reported several legitimate violations to HQ. A few months later my VP and regional just popped in (they are from out of state) and instead of those issues being addressed, I was reprimanded ...for nearly 4 hours and basically told to stay in my lane and those issues were resolved long ago (they were not). Although a top salesperson in my region, they hammered me with unattainable goals (doubled the quota) moving forward in the lowest sales season and monitored my every move and communication, even monitoring phone calls. I was being micromanaged in the extreme. Anyway, I hired Tyler as soon as they fired me and gave him all the information I had accumulated since the reprimanding on all the situations. Not only did he take care of the primary complaint against the employer, he discovered a huge discrepancy in my pay structure and other violations. He successfully negotiated a settlement with no need to proceed to court. He was easy to work with, kept me in the loop nearly daily, and I felt at ease with this issue in his hands. We were done in under six months!
