In June 2021 I left a position I had been working for several years and after some research I started to have reason to believe that there may have been some issues with my employment. I reach out to Tyler Kring and he got back to me almost immediately! He went through what steps he believed were in ...my best interest and walked me through the process fully. Not only did he make sure that I was properly compensated for my time, work and stress with my prior employer but also talk me off the ledge a few times on feeling as if this process would some how make me look bad in my current position that I carry within the same field as my prior employer. He made sure that it was outlined in my settlement that in the future my prior employer could not talk ill of me if ever contacted for a reference and made sure I KNEW I was doing the right thing!
