Attorney Azi Manoussi took my worker’s compensation case, sat on it, never spoke to me for a full year, never returned a single call nor email, let defense attorney handle the case unilaterally, managed to have my psychiatric injuries claims denied, Azi did nothing, let his hearing representative Rau...l Mendoza force me to accept a settlement without interviewing me about my injuries, concealed from me the terms of the settlement which were against my interest, and threatened me that if I declined that settlement, the employer will not pay for anything. Thank God I declined and terminated their representation. I got my file, found that Azi Manoussi did nothing at all and the defense attorney did all the work and hurt my case severely. The best part, Azi Manoussi showed up after I have terminated them and volunteered to help me while I am handling my case on my own to rescue myself. I declined her volunteer offer too. The most interesting part, Azi Manoussi places a lien on my case claiming 1000000 dollars for attorney fees while they were forcing me to settle for a 100000 dollars minus their 15 %. Talking about attorney predatory behavior and abuse and oppression of an injured person!!! I have severe injuries from work. Can you imagine Azi Manoussi behavior while she did nothing at all, while she sat and waited to get 15000 dollars for hurting my case, but now wants a 1000000 dollars from me for hurting me. It is unbelievable, I have heard of attorneys predatory behavior to some extent. But I am still trying to manage the shock and the mental anguish from Azi Manoussi harassing predatory behavior while she did nothing at all for me, sat on my case for a year, never spoke to me, never interviewed me, does not even know how I got hurt, but yet engaged in such unthinkable oppression while I am struggling with multiple organ’s paralysis. I am totally blown away, I can’t imagine this is a reality.
