I am alway focused on developing a strategy for the swift and tactful resolution of your case. I believe if you are an attorney who is always in Court that you are a failure at your job. The lawyer's job is to help his/her client reach a mutual compromise that leads to settlement. If both sides feel like they have given up too much then a good settlement has likely been reached. Of course, if you would like to spend thousands of dollars chasing the elusive "win" I am sure there are plenty of attorneys out there who need your financial support. However, a well known judge in L.A. County once stated, "There is no winning in family law, just different degrees of losing."
In addition to lawyering, I am the Chief Athletic Inspector for CAMO the state sanctioning body for amateur mixed martial arts in California. I am also active in martial arts and a member of the black belt council of Shotokan Karate of America.
