Brandon Daniel Saxon

Mr. Saxon is a Partner in the San Diego office of Gordon & Rees where he works on a variety of complex business litigation matters focusing on Employment, Environmental & Climate Change law and regulation.

He has significant experience in litigating matters involving hazardous substances laws (e.g., CERCLA), NEPA, CEQA, the Clean Water Act, the Clean Air Act, Proposition 65, Occupational Safety and Health laws, and common law toxic tort actions.

Mr. Saxon also has been involved in matters relating to Title VI and VII of the Civil Rights Act, the ADA, the ADEA, the Equal Pay Act, the Hill-Burton Act, and HIPPA. 

In addition to working in California state and federal courts, he has also handled a number of matters before the Equal Employment Opportunity Commission, the California Division of Labor Standards Enforcement, and the California Department of Fair Employment and Housing.
