Highly recommended attorney services
I hired attorney Mitch O’Hair for my insurance file claim. I was in a car accident and as the medical bills piled up; the insurance company would not pay. Mitch O’Hair stood in my corner and got me the financial support I needed to ensure a full recovery. With Mitch, I never had to worry about anything but my recovery. Mitchell goes the extra mile.
Mitchel took our case which was a Veterinary Malpractice case. Anyone who has been where we are knows that no amount of money will end the pain or bring back your sweet companion, but in many cases compensation is imperative. Mitchell and his legal assistant were very easy to work with, very professional, sensitive and communicated well. No disappearing acts or silent treatments like you get from a lot of attorneys. The settlement he got us was completely Just & Fair. We are so incredibly grateful for the commitment and efficient effort on his part. While I would hate to think we would need his services in the future, it is comforting to know that attorney Mitchell O'Hair is available to represent us. Pristine Service + Best In The San Diego/Temecula Area!!!

One of the best attorney's i've dealt with

I got into a car accident Xmas Eve 2017. From the day I connected with Mitchell, he assured me that everything would be alright and I focused on all my medical needs. He also made me put my anxieties at ease by walking me through the process of anything having to do with the accident. His team at the office are so sweet that it relieves you from any tension. Excellent Attorney
I hired Mitch O'Hair after I was involved in a car accident. From the first consultation until the final settlement meeting I always felt as though my health was the first priority and not the money. I highly recommend this law office, and more specifically Mitch, for any personal injury case. He handled all medical bills and insurance companies so I could focus on getting better. He was able to negotiate an excellent settlement in my case! While I hope to never need his services again, I would not hesitate to use him again if the need ever arises.

Very efficient and knowledgeable

Competent and compassionate advice
When I was involved in a vicious dog attach, my brother had told me about Rodger Maynes and Associates. Mitch O'Hair drove to San Diego to meet with me and showed such compassion and care. He asked me to call him any time. I had no idea that this incident would turn into such a long ordeal. But through it all, any time I needed legal advice, Mitch was available and helpful.
