Mr. Owens manages Granite Peak Law, PLLC, where he and his partner Gregory Costanza primarily practice in the areas of business and transactional law, civil litigation, personal injury, auto accident, and wrongful death litigation, entertainment law, and intellectual property law. Mr. Owens also prosecutes patent and trademark applications before the United States Patent and Trademark Office. Mr. Owens graduated cum laude from Thomas Jefferson School of Law in San Diego in May 2011, where he concentrated his legal studies in intellectual property and business law. Prior to law school Mr. Owens was a civil engineer for over three and a half years. Mr. Owens also has a physics undergraduate degree form Salisbury University where he concentrated in micro-electronics and minored in math. Mr. Owens is a very focused and highly motivated attorney helping his clients with a variety of legal matters.
