Biography
Although currently located in Temecula, we have been serving Riverside County since 2012. Our firm focusses on representing consumers facing labor law related issues. We charge no upfront fees. We also assist individuals in filing a claim with the California Labor Board, as well as obtain compensation for various other labor law related violations. We accept such cases on a contingency basis, which means we don’t get paid unless we get compensation for our clients.
We also sue for violations of Fair Credit Reporting Act (FCRA) for inaccurate information on your credit report and Telephone Consumer Protection Act (TCPA) for robo calls, artificial voice messages, and auto dialed calls without consent.
Babak "Bob" Semnar graduated from Loyola Marymount University in 1998, graduated from Whittier Law School, and ultimately obtained his license in 2003. He worked in Los Angeles from 2003 to 2005, them lived in San Diego County from 2005 to 2008. Since 2008 he has been representing individuals who resident in Riverside and San Diego County.
He graduated from Gerry Spence's Trial Lawyers College in Dubois, Wyoming in 2006. Mr. Semnar has tried over 31 jury trials and conducted approximately 100 preliminary hearings. He has worked as a Deputy Public Defender for almost 4 years and thereafter was a co-founder of Semnar & Hartman, LLP in 2012. He is committed his firm to protecting individuals.
