I had a very complicated probate that Mr. Raxter and the office staff was able to solve. Mr. Raxter was always able to answer my questions when I stopped by to chat with him and always was in court personally. My last lawyer never appeared in person (he just sent other lawyers to fill-in) but not Mr.... raxter. He was able to solve a few other issues for me and my family during our probate issue.
