I am the founder and principal attorney of RAXTER LAW, P.A.. I am a Southern California native born and raised in Wildomar, California. I remember before Wildomar, Menifee, Murrieta, were even cities. A husband and father of a teenage daughter who has learned some great lawyering skills from her father and attempts to use those skills to negotiate all aspects of her life such as homework, chores, etc. My daughter has taught me a work and life balance. She lets me know when I am too deeply involved in a case to lift my head up and take a breath of fresh air. If you are looking for a stuffy and judgmental lawyer that only wears suits, let me give you some names of great lawyers. I pride myself that my office is approachable, relaxed, and here to serve our clients in their best interest. if you are looking for a friendly lawyer that might be wearing a Hawaiian shirt during your consultation, then I am yours.
My belief is that I would rather have a "client for life, than once". I have built my office from a solo practice to a two-office firm with five attorneys that concentrate on different areas of the law. This allows us to serve clients in a professional manner but most importantly in a cost-effective way. I am extremely proud of my involvement with the Alzheimer’s Association and I have the honor of being a Estate Planning and Legal Issues instructor with the Inland Empire Alzheimer’s Association.
I am admitted to both the California State Bar and the United States District Court of the Central and Southern Districts, and a Certified Veterans Attorney with the Veterans Administration. Prior to entering law practice, I spent about 10 years a National Sales Specialist with a large electronics company and then as a Law Enforcement Officer in Southern California.Â
I have been appointed a Special Master with the State Bar of California, Law Professor in the subjects to Real Property, Ethics, and Wills/Trusts, and have testified as a Expert Witness in Probate/Trust matters.
I have conducted various classes and seminars to businesses and individuals. As a SCORE business law instructor and Estate Planning presenter with the Alzheimer’s Association. I have legal articles published and am a regular contributor to legal publications and local newspapers. I serve or have served on the board of directors for Menifee Chamber of Commerce, Menifee Valley hospital, and Canine Support Teams.
I look forward to having myself or my office assist you with your legal needs.
