In the process of administering my mothers trust and he refuses to return my calls refuses to answer my emails but charges me for every single email that I sent to him whether he answered me or not and then sabotages the sale of my mothers house by offering legal advice to the escrow company which wa...s actually incorrect advice causing us to lose the sale he cost us money he’s unprofessional he was late or completely absent from every appointment we set up. All I wanted was them to answer my questions and they refused to do that but they gave all kinds of information to anybody else who would ask for it. Not only that but they lied to the beneficiaries about me stating I didn’t turn papers in when I had And stating that I said things that I didn’t and they called me a liar when I prove to them that the attorney told me to do a certain action is paralegal swears that he would never say that once I showed her written proof that he did say it they just claimed it must’ve been a slight miscommunication and that’s all after they called me a liar not a good lawyer

We were involved in a very contentious probate case as Legal Guardians. Our grandson is a child with significant special needs. His parents were unwilling to admit their son has disabilities, and insisted to court that we had made them up to try and limit parent visitations. The parents attempted to ...have our Guardianship revoked. Needed estate planning done. Met with an attorney and agreed to hire them. Filled out the paperwork and paid the retainer fee, after that we heard silence. Followed up and was told the work was complete, but we needed to come in and review/sign. Made arrangements for child care and work, but they can...celled at the last minute because “the printer wasn’t working”, rescheduled for the following week, made arrangements for everything, showed up on time, was told they’d be right with us, but we waited 35 minutes and nobody said anything. My husband and I decided to walk out because that’s not the way you treat clients.
