I hired attorney Erik Bradford when my custody case became too difficult to handle on my own. My Ex was putting my son in serious danger and I needed the help of an attorney to ensure my son's immediate physical safety. For years I represented myself every time my ex and I had to go back to court to... modify custody/visitation, however this situation was very serious and I wanted help to make sure the court took the matter seriously. My son's mother lied in court, fake cried in mediation and in court, and threaten my son to keep him from disclosing the things that were occurring in her house, but none of that mattered because Mr. Bradford knew how to handle everything and all of my requests were granted by the court. Hi all, Hire this Attorney. Although I never met this attorney, I met the Paralegal ( Tracy Dempsey) who helped me understand my current case and questions I had. I called several attorney's before them who would refused to help me unless they were paid. Angeloff attorney wanted to give me a free... 15 min consultation, but charge me after that. I could see that one NOT happening. THANKFULLY I CALLED HGBH, and spoke with Tracy Dempsey, Erik Bradford's paralegal. I CANNOT EXPRESS MY GRATITUDE ENOUGH! THANK YOU!!! Mr. Bradford represented my child custody case. I would like to start out by saying that the court system seems to waste a lot of time and money. Erik and his staff would constantly keep me updated on the court process and the status of my case and treated me with patience and kept me confident throu...gh such a emotionally draining process. Every time we went to court Erik was on time and prepared and would sit down with me and all of my family and walk us through the process that day. My family and I all feel that Erik truly cared about our case. I would ask him questions things that even happened a long time ago and he had everything memorized like he has read my file over and over and had answers for me and suggestions and did his research and he truly cares.
