Erik Jason Bradford

I hired Mr. Bradford to help me modify my child support order. Both he and his paralegal Tracy were friendly, competent, and very easy to work with. Mr. Bradford was wonderful in court and kept expectations about the outcome of my case realistic. I would absolutely recommend him, and actually have al...ready referred a friend who has a complicated child custody case. Billing was transparent and fair, and his office staff was always available to answer questions.

I had retained Mr. Bradford for a custody case when my previous attorney (who is now on the bench in Riverside County adjudicating family law) referred him to me. As highly as he came recommended to me, I sit here wondering why I bother to wrote a review. ALl I can say is that my experience while I... was promised the simple thing of he would be physically present in my defense, another attorney from the firm arrived who I was not familiar with, nor did I even know who he was, and he did not know me until our case was called and Mr. Bradford was not there - still. He threw a piece of paper into my lap, and told me that "this is what is going to happen" without even discussing a defense that Mr. Bradford and I had worked on for a few meetings prior. Suffice it to say, I lost more custody rights to my child, and I personally cannot ever forgive Mr. Bradford for breaking his promise to me. I only do business with those who's word means something, and I was told he would perform, but he did not. My calls were not returned by the firm, and a positive balance of my retainer was left on account, and that disappeared. I considered reporting him and his conduct to the state bar, but I am finding that it does not matter. Just be careful who you spend your money with. The bottom line? I was not treated like a valued client, and for the money, I require at least that respect from the attorney I retain.

My divorce was/is extremely complicated and a long drawn out ordeal due to my ex husband just being plain difficult. He was unwilling to be fair before during and after the trial and judgment that was given by the court. If you are looking for someone who is looking out for your best interest and wil...ling to actually listen to your needs and worries during a difficult situation this is the right attorney and team for you. I would highly recommend Hanson, Gorian, Bradford & Hanich. My previous lawyer had been just plain incompetent, but Shaun Hanson and Erik Bradford have exceeded my expectations. Not only are they great lawyers but also they have taken my case as if it were their own and have never left my side, even during holidays, and weeknights. Erik even went out of his way to make sure I was all right upon leaving the courtroom. I don’t have words to thank them enough for everything they have done. Mr. Bradford represented my child custody case. I would like to start out by saying that the court system seems to waste a lot of time and money. Erik and his staff would constantly keep me updated on the court process and the status of my case and treated me with patience and kept me confident throu...gh such a emotionally draining process. Every time we went to court Erik was on time and prepared and would sit down with me and all of my family and walk us through the process that day. My family and I all feel that Erik truly cared about our case. I would ask him questions things that even happened a long time ago and he had everything memorized like he has read my file over and over and had answers for me and suggestions and did his research and he truly cares. I know Erik has a family and children of his own and his heart is in the right place because he is a dad and a husband and family is very important to him and he will do what's right for you and your family. I would highly recommend Erik Bradford.
