Confused

My husband recently received an email from Mr Bradford's paralegal Tracy which stated "Mr. will not be representing you. You or someone on your behalf posted a negative review regarding him and the office." My husband asked to see this review in question and was being accused of writting and there h...as not been a response. My husband nor any person on his behalf wrote a review regarding Mr. Bradford or his staff prior to this. We hired Mr. Bradford back in October of 2016; he was referred to me through a friend. I went to the courthouse and I seen Mr. Bradford present a matter infront of the judge on a different case. I told my husband that he speaks very well and I believe he will fight for us. We then hired Mr. Bradford for an upcoming ex parte. The judge dismissed the ex parte and we then set up to file an RFO for extending visitation with my husband's daughters. During this process my husband and I had to consistently follow up with Tracy to get the RFO written up and filed. At times it took weeks to get a phone call back from her regarding the status of our paperwork. Mr. Bradford asked that we write A very detailed outline for our visitation request. My husband e-mailed Tracy this information and when we received the RFO paperwork to sign and get filed the visitation schedule was written up with numerous errors. My husband and I called Tracy to get the correct wording written in the order yet it took a couple days to get a response. My husband also e mailed Tracy again with the corrections. She finally emailed me back and the wording was wrong again. I then sat on the phone with her for 1/2 an hour or more going over the detailed format we wanted for our visitation. She said "Im typing it as I speak to you." She sent it to me via email (charged again) and the dates were wrong AGAIN. After about 4 attempts the format was written correctly although, she later sent a bill for this time when the mistakes were due to her lack of typing up the RFO properly. Also she would ask my husband for documents. These were sent and she would overlook the email, call my husband abd myself to get these docs that she was already in posession of yet charge him for the unecessary e mails and phone calls. Mr. Bradford was an amazing attorney. When we had our day in court he fought for us. Mr. Bradford quickly disputed all of the accusations from the oposing attotney and also discredited them. He was very respectful, honest and he fought for us. I have recommended Mr. Bradford to others. He is a top notch attorney and it saddens us to know that based on (a false accusation) an email regarding a negative review that he will not represent us in our future legal needs. Although, at this time would not feel comfortable due to the false and unsupported allegation regarding this review they claim was written by my husband or on his behalf. This seems to be retaliation without proof of an offense. We feel that because my husband disputed the unnecessary charges for Tracy's time that we are being let go as a client. Tracy did help us with some questions at times and we were appreciative.

Great staff and team!

Erik Bradford and Tracy Dempsey were an amazing team together and handled my complicated divorce effectively, cared about me and my child and stood by me all the way! They always returned my calls, emails and addressed my concerns and questions without judgment and genuine care and concern for myself... and my child custody case. I would recommend them as a duo and the front staff as well for any case. I could have not done it without them in the battle and constant drama in my case. I am very pleased and happy with them and their services as a divorce attorney and paralegal. I was always prepared for court and what was to come next at each step. Thank you to the whole team.

Complicated Divorce

My divorce was/is extremely complicated and a long drawn out ordeal due to my ex husband just being plain difficult. He was unwilling to be fair before during and after the trial and judgment that was given by the court. If you are looking for someone who is looking out for your best interest and wil...ling to actually listen to your needs and worries during a difficult situation this is the right attorney and team for you. I would highly recommend Hanson, Gorian, Bradford & Hanich. My previous lawyer had been just plain incompetent, but Shaun Hanson and Erik Bradford have exceeded my expectations. Not only are they great lawyers but also they have taken my case as if it were their own and have never left my side, even during holidays, and weeknights. Erik even went out of his way to make sure I was all right upon leaving the courtroom. I don’t have words to thank them enough for everything they have done. I am extremely grateful for the entire team. Be sure, that with Shaun, Erik and Monica by your side, you have nothing to fear. They are knowledgeable and amazing people. They have fought to great extent for me and there are just no words to thank them enough. Monica patiently answered all my questions; Erik is smart, thoughtful, and not afraid to speak the truth in court. I still need a little ways to go in order to finish the case, I know I have a GREAT Team on my side!!

Great experience

My journey down this long dark and everlasting road is still continuing. It began in March of 2013 and again another court appearance. This time a trial appearance took place yesterday, Tuesday June 17, 2014. At this point I can honestly state that I have dealt with a professional team of attorne...ys and paralegal. My many questions and emails have been quickly and thoroughly answered each time. Yesterday Mr. Bradford handled the trial end of my case and he was fantastic! Mr. Hanson has been handling the negotiations and he too is wonderful. This team understands you as a person and is willing to work with you. I know how threatening attorneys can be especially financially, but not this firm. They truly do work for you! Thank you Shaun, Erik, Daniel, Dana and Aracelli-you all get an A+ in my book (I'm a teacher) so that is an inside joke. We meet back again in court to hopefully complete the trial September 26, 2014 (yes the courts are that backed up) so I'll update everyone then on the final status of my divorce. This should have been a "slam dunk" no assets, he was incarcerated for 8 1/2 years and upon his release I filed for divorce. No children-they're all grown up. But he has contested the divorce and feels he is entitled to spousal support, half of my retirement and wants me to pay for his attorney's fees too! This team has dug in for me and gone beyond thier duties. I would recommend them to anyone who is need of a divorce attorney and then some!

Highly recommend using this attorney

Erik Bradford of Hanson, Gorian & Bradford supported our family through a difficult time. Dedication, knowledge and compassion are just a few words to describe Erik's attributes. Erik was very supportive through several days of a trial. We were very happy with the outcome.
