This firm doesnt have their clients best interest in mind or maybe only mine. I have been working with this firm for 2 years never even represented me in court. Oh that's rite my significant other told the firm I was ok with postponing a court date which I was not ok with, next thing you know 2100.00... postponed. Gave opposing counsel advise on Riverside County law cause they usually work the San Diego area. 8-12 dollars roughly never wanted to give a total as to my statement of monies paid. 2 weeks before court I was threatened for 1850.00 or firm would release representing me. This firm is probably great if you dont have or run into money troubles. I dont feel 8- 12 thousand is asking for as your firm says a non profit. I see your firm as opportunists during Covid. Hope I can save 1 person from wasting money on your firm . See other review from 2014 same circumstances. Leave you stranded before court.

The worst attorney for complicated divorce. i hired this attorney back in August 2020. My husband was throwing a fit about a house we purchased during marriage from my In-Laws. After separation my HUSBAND was trying to rush and sell the house and make me sign a quit claim. i hired this attorney since... she was really convincing during the consultation. My husband's attorney arranged a emergency hearing regarding sale of the property. i was fine selling the house but wasn't agreeing to the term where i have to sign the QUIT CLAIM and i also wanted our agent to be changed since our agent tried to intimidate me to agree on selling the property when i was on ready to sell. To my horror Diane told me a week before my hearing to agree to whatever the opposing counsel wants as i don't stand a chance in the hearing. she also mentioned to me that fighting over a agent to be changed was stupid and if she was a judge she would also not agree with my terms. i explained her the whole reason i didn't want the agent (and please consider i had more reasons which i can't mention here). But after hearing her statement i was really concerned as i knew she decided before my hearing that i will lose the hearing. i changed my attorney within 2 days and let me tell u that is the best decision i made ever. not going to mention the second attorney as i am not trying to promote anyone here. But within that 4-5 days left not did that attorney take my case but also won that hearing which DIANE told me i will lose. I won every hearing after that and my attorney was able to bring us to agreement and now my divorce has been finalized without a trial. so please don't get excited about all the 5star ratings as this attorney cannot handle a complicated case. please don't waste your time and get someone else. Divorce is always a stress and you don't need a attorney to make it more complicated.

I am very pleased with my experience working with Singleton Smith Law Office! I switched to them midway through my divorce and they dove right in to my case! I always felt like a valued customer and really appreciated their responsiveness! I rarely worked directly with an attorney which helped keeped... costs down. My paralegal was Danielle and she was great! They kept me out of court and pushed to finalize my divorce which was previously dragging on an on! My divorce is final but I will definitely reach back out to them should I need any family law help in the future!
