Sheryl Ann McDonnell

I owe Ms. McDonnell my happiness! I was trapped in a legal battle with my ex-husband for spousal support and child support and visitation for over 5 years. She used her plethora of knowledge and tenacity to have my matter settled and even finished in a matter of months!!! She was a breath of fresh ai...r and very straight forward regarding her plan for the case. Before I met Ms. McDonnell, I was paying over 2,000 a month in child support and I hardly ever saw my kids(90/10 visitation). My ex was essentially just trying to paint me out as a bad guy to get my visitation down to increase her support payments. Sheryl saw through that and proved to the court that... my ex had been lying the whole time. We then got 50/50 visitation (which was all I had wanted the whole time), and my child support payments were down to a fraction of what they had been before. I also got to keep my retirement which I had all but said goodbye to. Now I won't lie there were times it was hard to understand what was going on in my case, but I realized they were working on it and the less I made a fuss and just did what they told me to, the less I had to pay and the faster the case went. Which was admittedly difficult for the control freak in me, but I'd rather have an attorney that knows what she's doing like Sheryl, than one that pats my hand and gets their butt kicked in court.
