Richard Allen Kennedy

I went in today 07/07/22 to speak with Mr. Kennedy and he is very knowledgeable and diplomatic. He listens with care and does not interrupt. I was looking into filing an appeal and he informed me that an appeal can be very costly and still not get the results that you want. He provided some useful... information on imputing income for child support that I knew a little prior to the visit, but after the visit I had a better concept of. It is rare to find someone genuine in this line of business. I wish I would have went to him before I did all the court stuff I have done. Stellar service!

Richard was my attorney for over 10 years. My ex husband took me back to court every year attempting to gain custody and/or get child support from me. Richard is very fair and courteous in court. He doesn't miss anything when it comes to details that could change outcomes. Beyond that, he was alw...ays aware that my ex-husband could (and did) get explosive and cared about my safety while in court. I think that comes with the territory.

I'm an out of state client so it's difficult to review after one phone conversation. However he sounds like he cares more about the case than the money so that's encouraging. He also seems aggressive enough to fight for the little guy but not in a way that's off putting. Seriously considering hiring ...this lawyer for my family law needs.

Hiring this lawyer was the biggest mistake I could have made. Yes I got visitation but only because there was no reason I shouldn't have. He did a better job protecting the other parties interests than mine. To top off the failure he charged me nearly another $800 after the fact. Now I have visitati...on but can't afford to go see my children. I wish I would have looked further for a more caring and understanding lawyer.
