About Nassim
Biography
Attorney Arzani is a Certified Specialist in Immigration & Nationality Law by the State Bar of California Board of Legal Specialization.
She migrated to the United States from Tehran, Iran in 1980. She arrived in the United States with her family and experienced firsthand the sacrifices families make in order to come to the United States. Prior to her arrival, she had lived in England as well as Spain.
Attorney Arzani gained an in depth understanding of various cultures and their individual needs through her passion to explore the world. She represents clients from all over the world. It is one thing to be able to represent clients worldwide, it is another thing to be able to truly understand and relate to them.
Attorney Arzani received her Bachelors of Arts in Accounting from California State University Fullerton. She later received her Masters in Business Administration with an emphasis in Organizational Management. She attended law school at Trinity International University as well as Tulane University Law School. During her second year of law school, she served as a Judicial Extern for the Honorable Judge James Bar of the United States Bankruptcy Court. She further advanced her legal career by studying abroad in Paris and obtaining a Paris Institute Certificate in European Legal Studies from Sorbonne. Among her distinguished memberships are: the California Bar Association, American Immigration Lawyers Association and the Los Angeles Bar Association. Prior to becoming an attorney, she worked at Fortune 500 companies such as Coca Cola and Harcourt Brace. Her love for humanity and giving back to society is what motivates her to practice Immigration law.

Your eyes were filled with tears, your husband was frustrated and couldn't understand why its taken so many years for you to get your papers. I told both of you that everything was done incorrectly in the past, I would do your waiver get it approved and make sure I get you your residency. We only had a week to do your waiver but we did it and got it approved and now you are back in the United States as a Permanent Resident ;) Couldn't be happier for you! Your case was extremely difficult since your entered with a K1 and are no longer with your spouse.
