I felt compelled to write this review! I want anyone in the state of California looking for an injury lawyer to be so BLESSED to have this firm stand behind them! I urge you to stop looking. You're going to waste your time anywhere else. Sure, everybody says that in reviews when they are happy with a... company. I'm not just happy. I feel like I had my own family fighting for me and they wanted my suffering to stop. Most firms and lawyers are a bunch of hot air and lots of ego!! Let's face it. But when you have a lawyer go above and beyond to make you feel cared about and like you are family, then you want only the same for others. Mr. Sherwin Arzani was more than my lawyer, he was on my side and wasn't settling no matter what. I never felt rushed and I could tell he genuinely cared about me from his hard work, phone calls and keeping me completely informed of everything going on. I was in a very severe accident. A man on his phone, driving towards a backed up off ramp, did not stop and was going 60+ mph blindly hit me from behind without breaks!! I was at a complete standstill. He did not care to help me and took off from the scene. I tried having friends and family talk to the insurance company and saw extremely quickly that I needed an attorney. They wouldn't give me information like what my benefits were. So I looked up Citywide Law and that was the start of my road to recovery. From the day I called, I felt nothing but compassion and understanding from the entire office. I had to wait 2 days to call them as the whiplash locked my jaw shut!! I knew without a shadow of a doubt they could be trusted to take this on for me. Their kindness, as well as, professionalism are OUTSTANDING!! I had to immediately begin seeing doctors. They made all my appointments. I was thoroughly taken care of by their professionals. As I was not getting better with the treatments, I was sent out for further testing. We found I have lifelong permanent injuries. Mr. Arzani called me to discuss what to do and he was clear, thorough, and professional. From the news of my injuries I was very saddened that I will have this for the rest of my life. We were on the phone and he listened to me express my pain. Not just physical pain but the suffering that has come from this man stealing my life from me.....I can handle pain. I can handle suffering, but when you can't play with your kids anymore like you could before you feel a huge sense of loss and he was very supportive. Yes!!!! I said Mr. Arzani was supportive and there for me like a good friend would be. I urge and implore you to give yourself the best odds at winning your settlement with this firm. I know you will not be unhappy with the results..... Mr. Arzani fought and won my maximum benefits.
