Solving an immigration difficult case is challenging for any lawyer; However, with attorney Nasim the impossible becomes possible due to the the considerable experience and expertise she has in this field. As matter of fact, my case was rejected at the first time and then things started to get more c...omplicated. At that point Nasim told me that my case might get forwarded to the court within 30 days. I am an American citizen married to a Guatemalan woman. We have been living in the U.S. ​these past 7 years and Guatemala before that. Nassim and her staff are wonderful, I'll tell you I had an extremely difficult case. My previous Immigration Attorney working my case was failing on all ends, I was in Immigration Custody for 10 months before my family and I decided to switch attorneys and we decided to give Nassim a chance. I had a ...final Merits hearing scheduled on 11/3/2014 and we decided to hire Nassim on October 8, 2014. I was expecting Nassim to ask for a continuance since my evidence and documents were due on October 15th. But Nassim understanding my situation and being away from my wife and daughter for as long as I have stated she would work day and night if she had to, to insure all documents were properly prepared and submitted to the court by our October 15th deadline. Nassim not only completed everything in a timely manner, she met with my family over a two day period to properly prepare them for the hearing, and spent over 3 hours with me. If it wasn't for Nassim I wouldn't be here today writing this review I would recommend Nassim to anyone who is in need of an Immigration Attorney.
