I was facing 25 to life on a third strike. The R.P.D. , D.A. , and Judges in Riverside were trying to give me life in Prison by fabricating evidence, and trying to force witnesses to lie. I had the Public Defenders office at first and all I kept hearing was you need to take a plea and go to prison.... I wasn't guilty and was not going to take a deal.
