I hired Bratton Family Law after consulting with four or five other attorneys. None of them made me feel confident about my chances against my ex who had mental health issues and had been verbally and emotionally abusive for years. With another attorney advising that my best shot was to get my ex ma...d enough to hit me, i knew i needed to keep searching. And then I consulted with this firm and retained them. Michael became my attorney about a year and a half into my case. When Michael took on my case, he hit the ground running. He knew everything about the case, including proceedings out of the county. He made sure I knew and understood exactly what was happening in my case, and took the time to really listen to me. He took me through hearings on supervised visits, ex parte hearings when orders weren't followed, a change of judge, and negotiating a settlement that protected me financially and dealt with my number one concern: custody. He was the voice of reason when I was impatient and the buoying force that reassured me when the games and shenanigans from the other side weighed me down. He made several referrals for me as I needed a visitation supervisor, theraputic visitation, a 730 evaluation, accountant, and an attorney in Orange county where we had a restraining order. Every recommendation has been top notch. I cannot thank Michael and his team enough for all that they have done. They have been instrumental in helping to create a new normal for my family, one that is safe and hopeful. I can finally breathe again because of the work this firm has done.

Mr Razo was wonderful to work with and made it as painless as possible. He helped me to see all possible scenarios both short and long term and help me come up with the bakers solution for my kids and I.
