Frustrating, but happy with results.
Kyle was very supportive, and listened to me. Would highly recommend him for anyone that is having family problems. He settled my case, and won. After four lawyers, I finally found him thank God. Thank God and him. He had to deal with some real devious people, and was never intimidated by them or their lawyers. Thank you Kyle for supporting and representing me. Thanks also for your People. They were wonderful to work with❤️

Very happy
I needed help with my fathers conservatorship, with the person and estate. I called a lot of different offices and got off the phone discouraged and frustrated. But The law offices of Kyle Patrick left me feeling hopeful and confident and well informed. They even had the least expensive retainer. For the last 3 months they fought and helped me through the court dates. They were always available for me, they answered every question, every phone call and email. Kyle Patrick‘s office is very professional while being very personable. We got the decision we needed!! We couldn’t have done it without the law offices of Kyle Patrick!!

Kyle Patrick is a fantastic attorney.
Kyle Patrick is a fantastic attorney. Not only does he know the law, but he is easy to approach, patient, and thoughtful. I've had the pleasure of consulting with Kyle on several occasions thus far. Each time I've consulted with him, Kyle has shown an innate ability to simplify an otherwise complicated and technical issue. I highly recommend that you consult with Kyle Patrick if you ever have a trust and/or estate issue in California.

power of attorney info
Mr Patrick was very helpful on answering my questions regarding types of power of attorneys and conservatorship. There was an associate and assistant present who were also helpful. I felt comfortable at the meeting.

Profound Expertise!
Legal hurdle #1: I was referred to him, so I telephoned his office regarding a probate matter without an appointment and (though he did not have to) amazingly got him to speak with me right away! Legal hurdle #2: After discussing this same matter with dozens of other insensitive probate attorneys, by now, I had a somewhat negative view of getting the help I needed but Kyle Patrick was VERY different! His profound expertise came through right away. He QUICKLY and SENSITIVELY put things in perspective for me. After years of searching, I finally had the clarity I was hoping for after our 7 minute discussion and now there is NO hurdle #3. Mr. Patrick completely SURPASSES my expectations and I HIGHLY recommend his OUTSTANDING services!

Thank Heavens a real understanding Lawyer
After our first meeting I knew immediately he was the lawyer for me . He caught all of the underhanded and sneaky things that were going on. He also caught all of the lies. If you need a lawyer Go with Kyle he understands listens and sees the whole picture in its reality through the haze. I have never been so greatful for a person to come into my life as I am for Kyle.

I cannot recommend Kyle Patrick highly enough. My husband is under conservatorship and has a Special Needs Trust. For many years, we struggled through the court system and, even after my husband was finally appointed an attorney by the court, that person did little to advance the interests of my husband. She actually made things much worse. We were finally able to have her discharged and the court appointed another attorney, Kyle Patrick. Given all we had been through, we of course had our doubts about another court-appointment, but those doubts were laid to rest after we met with Mr. Patrick and began to get to know him. Not only is he a fine attorney, he is also a quality person. He took the time to listen to my husband and to me, and then began the process of zealously advocating for my husband. My husband's case has not been an easy one. There have been others associated with the case who have not always behaved in an ethical manner, and Mr. Patrick has, at times, faced enormous opposition while advocating for my husband, but he has always held his ground, with intelligent arguments and unshakable professionalism. I think most of us have heard the jokes about attorneys and, unfortunately, they are funny because they are all-too-often true. Such is not the case with Mr. Patrick. He is not a "schmoozer" and is not looking to make a quick buck by doing the least amount of work that he can. He is a person of enormous integrity and has perhaps gone above and beyond to consistently provide my husband with excellent representation. I know from personal experience how difficult it is to find a good attorney, and I also know how frustrating it is to have an attorney who, through incompetence and/or ethical challenges, does not advance the cause of their client. After meeting Mr. Patrick, however, and experiencing his steadfast commitment to the best interests of my husband, I can also say that I know from personal experience what it's like to have someone who is truly willing and able to represent his client from a position of strength. I would also like to emphasize that Mr. Patrick is a kind person who is easy to communicate with. He is able to make a person feel comfortable in his presence while still maintaining a high standard of professionalism. He "gets it" when you speak with him ~ he is nonjudgmental and does not have a personal agenda that prevents him from hearing what his client is really trying to communicate. I can recommend Mr. Patrick with no hesitation whatsoever ~ he has truly made a difference in my husband's case and, by extension, in the lives of my husband and me. We are extremely grateful and hope that many others will be able to benefit from his many positive qualities in years to come.

Caution! Not Litigators!
Retained Company after becoming Administrator in Pro Per to file 850 Petition and recover assets for probate in March 2021. They filed an incomplete 850 Petition which had to be corrected and refiled by another law firm, after the Judge asked for additional information. Never even asked for an inventory or Trust accounting, ever. The invoices however, never stopped. After 2.5 years they recovered $0 and charged over $50,000 in fees.

I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND USING THIS ATTORNEY FOR ANY OF YOUR LEGAL MATTERS. ESPECIALLY NOT PROBATE. If you are looking for a COMPETENT LEGAL FIRM, PLEASE LOOK ELSE WHERE and DO NOT USE KYLE A. PATRICK OR ANY PARTNERS FROM HIS FIRM. The only reason I am posting on this site, is because here is where I found Mr. Patrick's firm and I believe that AVVO and it's affiliates should be aware of how our case was handled by a firm listed on their referral site. NOTE: The following is my opinion and I only want other to be aware. In my opinion, Mr. Patrick and his firm charged us high legal fees only to give us POOR and incorrect LEGAL ADVICE, which subsequently caused us to loose our case. With this firm, it’s all about the money, and not doing their best legal work for their clients. My daughter hired Mr. Patrick to handle a highly sensitive probate matter. She had to file a Probate Court claim in order to prevent her family inheritance from being stolen by complete strangers, that had managed to befriend my mother-in-law and steal property and personal belongs from my children; her grandchildren. We meet with Mr. Patrick and discussed the matter with him and explained to him that we were already in the Probate Court process and how time sensitive the matter was. He told us what he though would be the best thing for us to do to rectify the matter. We paid him for a one-time day in court to see if he could take on our case. He quoted us his rates; my daughter agreed and singed a contract. We were told that after the day in court he would meet with us to discuss what the next step would be. As of the morning of our court appearance, we had not spoken directly to Mr. Patrick for two weeks. We had tried on several occasions to reach out to him, but he was NEVER available for a client conference. NOT even over the phone. We received ONE phone call, from one of the partners the day before court. The morning of our court appearance Mr. Patrick seemed lost and confused. HE WAS NOT PREPARED WHAT SO EVER. He was so nervous and uneasy, that it made the entire experience uncomfortable and unbearably difficult for my daughter. He was completely tongue-tied in court. He just stood there and hardly spoke at all. It was as if he had not studies our case file and HE HAD NO IDEA WHAT WAS GOING ON WITH OUR CASE. It was as if he really did not fully understand the importance of such a sensitive case in the first place. Even the Judge was hard on him and seemed to display a bit of dislike towards him. Needless to say…HE/we LOST THE CASE. Not only did he loose the case for us, WE were also slapped with a fine to pay the opposing sides court fees by the Judge. We followed his advice and he quoted us one price, but after losing in court, Mr. Patrick had his partner meet with us and raise the previous quote by more than double the original quote, in order for him to even consider proceeding. We felt “bated” by this firm, and then Mr. Patrick had his partner “switch” on us. He did not even bother to attend the meeting. By changing the previous quote to a much higher price, this would assure them that we would NOT be able to afford his services and force us to seek legal advise else where. Never mind the fact that we had already paid him to loose our case, and got slapped with a fine…Ultimately by wasting valuable time with Mr. Patrick and his firm, my children also lost their family’s inheritance in the process.
