Retained Company after becoming Administrator in Pro Per to file 850 Petition and recover assets for probate in March 2021. They filed an incomplete 850 Petition which had to be corrected and refiled by another law firm, after the Judge asked for additional information. Never even asked for an inven...tory or Trust accounting, ever. The invoices however, never stopped. After 2.5 years they recovered $0 and charged over $50,000 in fees.

I cannot recommend Kyle Patrick highly enough. My husband is under conservatorship and has a Special Needs Trust. For many years, we struggled through the court system and, even after my husband was finally appointed an attorney by the court, that person did little to advance the interests of m...y husband. She actually made things much worse. We were finally able to have her discharged and the court appointed another attorney, Kyle Patrick. Given all we had been through, we of course had our doubts about another court-appointment, but those doubts were laid to rest after we met with Mr. Patrick and began to get to know him. Not only is he a fine attorney, he is also a quality person. He took the time to listen to my husband and to me, and then began the process of zealously advocating for my husband. My husband's case has not been an easy one. There have been others associated with the case who have not always behaved in an ethical manner, and Mr. Patrick has, at times, faced enormous opposition while advocating for my husband, but he has always held his ground, with intelligent arguments and unshakable professionalism. I think most of us have heard the jokes about attorneys and, unfortunately, they are funny because they are all-too-often true. Such is not the case with Mr. Patrick. He is not a "schmoozer" and is not looking to make a quick buck by doing the least amount of work that he can. He is a person of enormous integrity and has perhaps gone above and beyond to consistently provide my husband with excellent representation. I know from personal experience how difficult it is to find a good attorney, and I also know how frustrating it is to have an attorney who, through incompetence and/or ethical challenges, does not advance the cause of their client. After meeting Mr. Patrick, however, and experiencing his steadfast commitment to the best interests of my husband, I can also say that I know from personal experience what it's like to have someone who is truly willing and able to represent his client from a position of strength. I would also like to emphasize that Mr. Patrick is a kind person who is easy to communicate with. He is able to make a person feel comfortable in his presence while still maintaining a high standard of professionalism. He "gets it" when you speak with him ~ he is nonjudgmental and does not have a personal agenda that prevents him from hearing what his client is really trying to communicate. I can recommend Mr. Patrick with no hesitation whatsoever ~ he has truly made a difference in my husband's case and, by extension, in the lives of my husband and me.
