I hired David to handle a fairly straight forward custody case. His initial consultation left me feeling good about my choice. However soon after I agreed to pay everything changed. They did not follow up with me ever. They seriously did not return one phone call of mine. He seemed very arro...gant and disengaged. They appear way to busy and should not be accepting new clients. His staff is rude and he scapegoats them for every failure. If you do hire him stay on top of them and demand results. I ended up hiring a less expensive, less known attorney and my case was wrapped up in a few weeks.

I retained David for child custody and support. During my consult he seemed like the perfect fit. Seemed knowledgeable and said he would would work his hardest. Not true! He was late for every court appearance. He showed up on court with little knowledge of the case. He never returned calls, met wit...h me before my hearings, and was straight out rude. He does not listen to anything you have to say and always interrupts. If I didn't struggle so much to pay the hefty retainer I would have fired him and found a new attorney. His office staff is unprofessional and rude as well. I have never seen anything like it. Please take my warning. I wish I would have read reviews like this and went with someone else. I feel I am actin as my own attorney. I have to prepare all information for hearings and give it to him.

I hiried David to handle both of my children's custody cases. He was very professional, and handled the case in a timely manner. He knows the San Bernardino Family Court Judges, and the paper work they do over there is the best. In a time that was very confusing and frustrating for me, he took car...e of everything. David is a father himself and knows what your are going through. He presented my case to the judge in a way I could'nt, and got me very need Emergency custody of my children. His paper work saved the DA Child Aduction unit a week of there time in court hearings, and got my kids back that much quicker. I also like to point out Davids team, the women that work for him are awesome, they were always in contact with me, friendly, and handled my situation with urgency. To sum it all up, David went above and beyond what I asked of him. He gave back to me the most important things in my life, my Children.

David helped me through one of the hardest times of my life. My children's mother had accused me of physically abusing my son and was asking the court to not allow me to have any contact with my children. David stepped into the court with such confidence. He guided me through everything and explain...ed exactly what I needed to do and what to expect. Though he never promised me results, he did promise me hard work from him and his staff. They all worked so hard for me. Nothing was more comforting to me then when I went to court and I wasn't there by myself. David was very intelligent and seemed to know everyone in all of the courtrooms that I went to. In the end, I ended with 50 percent custody and I get to see my children far more then even before the case. Thanks to David, I get to be the father that my children deserve and I longed for.
