Christian Uchechukwu Anyiam

I was referred to Anyiam Law Firm through my employer's legal benefit program with U.S. Legal Services for assistance with creating a living trust. Unfortunately, the experience was extremely disappointing. The entire process felt rushed and transactional. Rather than taking the time to understand... my situation, the attorney seemed primarily focused on getting me to sign paperwork acknowledging that services were completed. When I received the first draft of my trust documents, there were multiple typos throughout--something I would not expect in important legal paperwork. When I asked about including certain accounts that cannot have beneficiaries (including a crypto account), he refused to address them and instead reported back to the referral service that I was asking for tax advice, which was completely inaccurate. I have my own accountant and was simply asking how those assets could be incorporated into my trust. Communication was handled almost entirely through email, and there was little effort to provide a thorough consultation. Thankfully, I later worked with an attorney through MetLife, and the difference in professionalism was night and day. If you're creating a living trust, I strongly recommend finding an attorney who is detail-oriented, communicative, and willing to take the time to properly guide you through the process. THIS IS ATTORNEY IS NOT THE GUY. I have a draft that I am not happy with there fore I won't be using it, when I made a complaint to U.S. LEGAL SERVICES they asked to see the "final draft" which was the one that still needed editing & said once he submitted that he would get paid. Don't waste your time, my Living Trust is very important to me, this man has no patience a d does not care about your situation.

Attorney Anyiam is extremely unprofessional and rude. In working with him I found that if you ask a question, he gets offended and snaps back. In addition, he can be very condescending and does not communicate well. If you hire him, I can pretty much guarantee that he will take your money, not provid...e an accounting of the expenses, and not follow through with your case. In fact, he will probably try to remove himself from your case. He definitely lacks integrity. Run while you can.

I was referred to Christian Anyiam to represent me in a personal injury case. Mr. Anyiam was professional, patient, friendly, and listened to me. I am not easy to please but I experienced very little stress and no guess work regarding my case status. He kept me informed by not hesitating to return ...telephone calls, emails or other inquiries. Prior to settling my case, he wanted to ensure I understood the settlement terms. Mr. Anyiam discussed the economics, advantages and disadvantages of settlement with me. We, as a team, agreed to settlement. I would highly recommend Christian Anyiam. He gets the job done!

Hopefully this is the correct Mr Anyiam. I have him listed in San Bernardino. Well, this attorney was a referral from the San Bdo Bar Assoc, so I trusted their opinion. Big mistake! I had 2 meetings and he submitted paperwork. That was my entire dealings with this attorney when he blew through his re...tainer and asked for more money. He sent a bill with no description of what was done and asking for more money. I suggest that you find a better attorney if you need help with paperwork. Overall, you should save your money and represent yourself! I've realized that attorneys are like used car salesmen! All they see is $ signs with no concern for you or your best interest.
