I hired Jennifer Daniel to prepare my Estate Plan. I had experienced profound grief after the death of my first wife of thirty years, followed by another marriage three years later, while I was still struggling with various stages of grief.
Before I got married again, six years later, I contacted Jennifer Daniel. She provided clarity to my legal circumstances, explained the tax implications of my actions, identified my risks and then, prepared my Estate Plan, including a properly funded Trust, Pour Over Will and Powers of Attorney. The best part, is that she took a very delicate subject and counseled me; and then explained it to my wife and I together, as a couple so that my we could fully appreciate the practical, clinical and essential reasons for signing the documents for our mutual protection, emotional comfort and financial preservation. She also gave us both comfort in explaining that there will NEVER be any reason for our children to fight over our estate after we are gone because our estate plan was completely comprehensive.
She took the mystery and the angst out a complicated subject and has continued to provide updates on changes in the law; she has reviewed new personal and financial information as changes happen in our lives and she has continued to help both my wife and me by providing any necessary Amendments or Restatements, so that we never have to worry about the unknown. She is always available for consultation and never makes me or my wife feel uncomfortable about asking questions. I am always grateful for her counsel and her instructions are always easy to follow.
The best part, is that my Estate Plan is a completely personal, customized plan and she completely administered the funding from our resources. She left nothing to the imagination. Every detail was done by her according to our needs and expectations. She did not just add our names to a bunch of pre drafted documents and print them out. She told us up-front what to expect, what she would do, what it would cost and the reasons why it would provide maximum protection and security. She made sure my wife and I understood everything with no reservations, fears, doubts, fluff, gray areas or misunderstandings to keep us up at night. I have referred her to several personal friends and they had the same result - no pretenses. She is a brilliant, honest, professional and a credit to her industry. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!!

Have worked with a variety of different attorneys over the years. Jennifer has been easily the most effective, focused and consistent in temperament and strategic in approach of all. I was in a contentious conservator case with a difficult ex-wife which handicapped me due to our past history that tested me to maintain perspective and be patient.
As I experience Jennifer's declarations before the court - they were highly professional (tightly written), deep in her understanding of both my situation while anticipating and framing issues effectively that allowed the court to understand my and my special-needs daughter's desires for our relationship.
In the face of my obstinate and uncooperative ex-wife, Jennifer was able to move not only my ex-wife off her strident positions but she had the additional challenge to convince a judge who normally did not wish to mandate visitation compliance... to work with us. Securing the judges engagement on visitation took patience, perseverance and cooperative work with the court appointed attorney for my daughter to truly see the opportunities that were best for my daughter.
She moved my daughter's attorney from not seeing the value in my request to becoming an advocate of me before the court and my ex-wife's attorney. No small task!
The non-compromising position of my ex-wife pushed my case to an evidentiary hearing before the judge. Her guidance to me and the clarity of her questions to the witnesses and myself were spot-on to the salient points we were after. Which the court responded affirmatively to.
The bottom-line. Jennifer earned my complete trust and confidence in judgement. She also brought her compassion and empathy that was real and proven.
She is amazing. My encouragement is that you as a potential client provide clear information stripped out of any emotional leftovers you might have. If you do your engagement will be eminently satisfying thanks to the exemplary skills she brings to the task.
Did I prevail? Not quite. We secured a court order that allows me to continue my relationship with my daughter almost exactly as I had hoped - unfortunately my ex-wife still is throwing roadblocks. However it turns out, I am satisfied that the best that can be done...has been done. THANK YOU JENNIFER!

In response to some pending medical issues, we contacted Jennifer for guidance. What we got was well-beyond the type of service we had previously received from another highly-recommended firm in town. Jennifer took the time to ask questions about our situation and our expectations. She approached the issues with knowledge, experience, and compassion, as well as a high standard of ethical decision-making. She managed to make a challenging situation less so and inspired us with trust in the whole process. She is a true joy to work with and I cannot be more pleased with the work she has done on our behalf.

I obtained Ms. Daniels services to become a conservator for my father. I had originally felt very overwhelmed by the whole situation. My father had turned suddenly ill and became incapacitated. I had become responsible for his medical and financial decisions and having to go through the whole legal system seemed very daunting. Ms. Daniels was extremely patient with my husband and I. She took the time to thoroughly explain the entire process and didn’t mind the endless questions we had for her. There was consistent communication where she would provide updates and case status as well as ask about my father’s condition. She helped me to feel at ease and confident during the whole process. Ms. Daniels is not only a smart lawyer; she is honest, caring and very sincere. I would recommend her services to anyone.

I have worked with Jennifer on Several transactions over the years and I have found her to be excellent in all areas. What I feel separates her from many Attorneys in this field that I have worked with in the past is her individual and caring approach to her clients. They are genuinely people who are dealing with grief and feeling overwhelmed by the situations and She treats them not only with respect but in a caring and guiding manner
