My financial planner recommended Jennifer Daniel for estate planning after another local attorney cashed my check and abandoned the process. She has completely exceeded my expectations. Jennifer is bright, articulate, organized, and professional. She spent a considerable amount of time with me in ord...er to individualize the package (will, trust, power of attorney, etc.). This wasn't just a fill-in-the-blank process on a generic template. She took the time to get to know me before she ever generated the documents. All of my concerns were addressed and she helped me understand potential issues to which I had not given adequate - if any - consideration. No one wants to talk about estate planning, but I left our final signing meeting feeling relieved. The process is complete and there should be no questions as to my wishes and intentions. Jennifer has my highest recommendation.

My husband and I hired Ms Daniel to re- do our Estate Plan, as we were newly married, and second marriages for both of us. We found Ms Daniel to not only be extremely professional and organized, but so down to earth and personable. Living Trust Administration Guidance

Ms. Daniel reviewed my wife's parents' living trust and provided specific guidance on how to administer it with the death of my wife's mother and the incapacitation of her father. Very helpful.

Took great care of my Mom

Jenifer worked with my mom after an illness to set up her trust and directives. While my mom knew these things needed to be taken care of, she was really uncomfortable going through the process. Jennifer was incredible with her, taking some much time and care to help my mom understand each and every ...aspect of the decisions she was making. It's always a relief when someone takes care of a loved one the same way you would.
