Protecting your business and assets. Old school lawyering combined with new school ambition.
Our primary goal is to solve problems. To do that in our business practice we identify your issues and solve them before they become problems. In our criminal practice, we use every resource at our disposal to question the prosecution's position and the evidence. When the government comes knocking, we knock back with a team approach designed to accurately assess what defenses are available and how best to protect the rights of you or your loved ones.
I have lived all over and come across people from wide swaths of life. This gives me an understanding of the concerns of people. We represent the person (or business) first and not merely a case. Our view of lawyering is that we are called "counselor" for a reason. And we counsel well.
I am an experienced trial lawyer with almost 100 jury trials, I remain committed to exhausting all possible solutions in order to protect the rights of my clients. Our approach to contracts and business matters for our clients is always with the eye on what could happen if there is a trial or dispute between the parties? This allows us the insight to look at worst case scenarios and try to strengthen our client's hand before there are any problems.
I also enjoy time with good libations and good cigars because of the great conversations such an atmosphere creates. And clients are always welcome to join us for either.

Reviews by clients are excellent and should be read. Do yourself a favor if you are in or near Redlands and schedule a consultation.
