I was in a panic state and contacted Timothy after hours on a Friday night, he returned my call within an hour or less. Before I committed to hiring him he gave me legal recommendations. It was a matter regarding my minor son and involved his school. Timothy listened to us and worked to put a legal... strategy in place, the matter lasted about three month, he represented my son at an administrative hearing at the school and although this type of case was somewhat new to him he was able to research the procedures and regulations involving this type of hearing. This is a good family lawyer. If you want someone to defend you in court he will rely heavy on evidence to carry your case. I went through two other lawyers until I found this one. He is honest and he will represent you personally. He even did research on my case for my defense. My case is a highly c...ontested custody, divorce, and trial. I highly recommend this laywer in this area. On the first day of trial he wore a purple tie to support awareness for domestic violence. Also I would recommend him to anyone.
