I was in a panic state and contacted Timothy after hours on a Friday night, he returned my call within an hour or less. Before I committed to hiring him he gave me legal recommendations. It was a matter regarding my minor son and involved his school. Timothy listened to us and worked to put a legal... strategy in place, the matter lasted about three month, he represented my son at an administrative hearing at the school and although this type of case was somewhat new to him he was able to research the procedures and regulations involving this type of hearing. I was especially impressed with his defense skills at the administrative hearing at the school district. With his skills and help we were able to win the case.

I needed legal representation for some property settlement issues stemming from a divorce.   When I called Tim's office he was respectful and came across as confident but not cocky.  After I went to his office to discuss my situation in more detail, he devised a strategy for us to follow.  He ultimat...ely convinced the other attorney to drop the case so I was able to avoid going to court and/or have to pay out some kind of settlement. The bottom line is the desired outcome was achieved. Tim was not only effective, but he was also conscientious about containing costs.  If any of my family or friends need an attorney I would feel comfortable referring them to Tim.

I have referred many clients to Tim that I was conflicted out of representing and/or that needed help in an area he practices and all have been extremely happy with their representation, the communication and level of committment and/or knowledge in the area of law and his honesty and integrity towar...d client expectations and what they can expect, along with the results received.
