I hired this “man” to do services for me during my divorce. Took 7k from me for a simple divorce filing with custody issues and an emergency visitation order (total of two appearances for me ) and not once addressed what I needed addressed as per the divorce was concerned . When the divorce decree wa...s finalized I told him he didn’t Address any of the issues that I wanted the courts to be brought to light on and that I wanted a half a refund on the money spent. He then continued to keep my money and told me that he would not be representing me blocked all my phone numbers and did not abide by the courts order to give me the divorce decree or any other court documentation on that court date. Now I’m out 2.5k for nothing . Still have to Address my wife flying on 2019 fiscal year tax return, my income, as well as our personal belongings that she took from my house. I believe him to have been in contact at some point with my ex wife and excepted favors from her in exchange for sabotaging my divorce.

In a nine court appearances, plus a two-day trial, Mr. Parry lost every motion he made and was unable to prevail in any motions made by the other side. This resulted in a very steep one-sided victory for the other party, roughly approximating a 5-to-1 ratio. I did not realize until it was too late ...to change attorneys that Mr. Parry was not up to the challenge of a serious contest in court.
