Simply The Best

David has handled multiple employment issues for us over the past 7 years and his work has always been top quality. Questions or courses of action are quickly answered which allows us to move forward with full confidence. His review and updates to our Employee Handbook and Drug Policy eliminated ambi...guity and incorrect policy. The Sexual Harassment training that was provided was an open and effective training for our staff and owners. David has helped our company avoid litigation issues by being proactive on the front end. I fully recommend his services and believe that having him on retainer is one of the best business decisions an employer could make.

Outstanding Labor Law/Employment Attorney

As the Exec. Dir. of HR for a large Coachella Valley employer, we utilize David's services 3 - 4 times a year for our especially challenging employment issues. We've found him to be consistently extremely responsive, knowledgeable, thorough and concise. He has taken the time and made the effort to ...understand our unique operating conditions and legal requirements so that he can give us the best advice possible. I have also brought him in for specialized training sessions with our HR teams. My trust and confidence in him is implicit. He is a genuinely nice person as well. You will not be disappointed in the quality of his work product or his character.

David vs Goliath

I worked with David Mule for 2 1/2 years. David represented me in an employment case. During that time, he had to go against 2 groups of "high priced" corporate attorneys. David's patience, persistence, and preparation helped us to come out on top. It is nice to know that there is someone like him o...ut there. SG

David and his staff are always professional and are well versed in the area of wage and hour law. They have guided our organization on numerous topics and provide sound legal advice. They also do a variety of training for management and supervisory staff. David is interesting and informative speak...er and many wage and hour topics in the State of California.

Avvo Rating

Our Rating is calculated using information the lawyer has included on their profile in addition to the information we collect from state bar associations and other organizations that license legal professionals. Attorneys who claim their profiles and provide Avvo with more information tend to have a higher rating than those who do not.

What determines Avvo Rating?
  • Experience & background Years licensed, work experience, education
  • Legal community recognition Peer endorsements, associations, awards
  • Legal thought leadership Publications, speaking engagements
  • Discipline Disciplinary information may not be comprehensive, or updated. We recommend that you always check a lawyer's disciplinary status with their respective state bar association before hiring them.
