Excellent Attorney - Highly Recommend

I take great pleasure in recommending and providing an endorsement for David Mule whom I have had the privilege of knowing for over 12 years. Having been in the Human Resources field for over 25 years, I have worked with many attorneys in significant litigation for several large employers. David, w...ithout a doubt, ranks among the very best. When I joined a local financial institution several years ago, one of two requests that I made to executive management, prior to accepting a position, was to retain David's law firm. To this day, David serves as the company's legal counsel. David has consistently demonstrated a high level of competency and professionalism in fulfilling his services. I, along with my management team, always had strong confidence in his ability to provide judicious counsel and keep us regularly apprised of case developments and progress. He is a well known and respected employment attorney whom I have recommended, without any reservation, to several colleagues. David is supportive and an advocate of the local chapter of Professionals in Human Resources Association in the Coachella Valley, providing employment updates to members at its monthly HR meetings. Members especially look forward to his annual legal update each January. David's integrity, responsiveness, and sensitivity to his clients and for each case, is part of what makes him a true professional whom I enthusiastically and appreciatively recommend.

David Mule

David is an extremely thorough and professional attorney with a firm understanding of labor law. He has been a source of much needed legal advice for many years and I highly recommend him.

Executive Vice President ReadyLink HealthCare

David Mule handled a very complicated trade secrets case for my company. It involved intellectual property theft, breach of contract, and an accusation of wrongful termination. In all of the matters, David was knowledgeable and well-prepared for the "next move". Additionally, David has provided ed...ucational classes for our executive team with regards to employment law, new laws impacting our company and sexual harassment courses. His classes were informative and entertaining - and as usual, he was well prepared! I can recommend David without reservation for any legal action.

Employment law

This attorney and his firm came highly recommended from another attorney as experts in the employment labor law field. After our first meeting it was explained to us where we had made mistakes and remedy for those mistakes. While we questioned our overall responsibilities in this matter we had accept...ed the fact there would be some financial responsibility to the plaintiff which would involve some negotiation between attorneys. A generalized figure was put out and we had authorized a settlement amount to be discussed. We were concerned however about the obviously frivolous claims being made and defending against those. While we were going through this process and expecting a defense against all claims not relevant to the actual claims, we continued to receive billings (frequently for services to other clients) which we had to question and have reversed. We are still unsure of the actual charges v. work performed but eventually due to our loss of confidence with this attorney the case was put in an associate's caseload where the eventual outcome was over three times the original estimate of settlement with the bulk of that money going to "defense" payment. We feel we were not provided with the defense of services promised and when we questioned the strategies and the money being spent, our attorney was essentially our worst enemy. For as knowledgable as the firm represented itself that knowledge and expertise was not provided in this case. I have to wonder if the firm ever discussed this case as a team and developed a meaningful strategy or just our case was not taken seriously. Even actions taken on advise of attorney that were challenged by the plaintiff were not disputed during mediation even though they became a major part of the plaintiff's case. Overall the outcome was disastrous for a small business such as ours and pushed us to the brink of bankruptcy . Little satisfaction here. We would have been far ahead financially had we just accepted the original claim, paid it without fronting a defense and allowed this "legal shakedown" to take place rather than to attempt to mount a justifiable defense.
