Biography
Dave's practice has been exclusively limited to labor and employment matters since 1994. He represents both employers and employees throughout the Coachella Valley and greater Palm Springs area in all aspects of the field such as wrongful termination litigation, discrimination, sexual harassment, wage and hour matters, human resources, trade secret protection, NLRB cases and contract negotiations. He regularly works with management to audit employment practices and develop policies and guidelines to help them comply with the numerous labor and employment laws that pertain to their businesses. He is also a regular speaker before business groups on emerging topics in his field.
