Carol Lee Adams

My husband and I first hired Carol in March 2013. She was recommended to us by previous attorney who said that she was very knowledgeable, very good at what she does and very reasonable in price. So naturally I gave her a call! I thank God every day that I did. We were in the middle of a nasty custo...dy arrangement for my stepson and were desperately trying to get him into a safe and loving environment. Immediately Carol and her team flew into motion without hesitation. The transition was so smooth from one attorney to another. When the time came for our custody trial Carol came with her game face on ready to fight like hell. In the end we received the outcome we had worked so hard for! Carol not only fought for us with class but she never once had to lie. The fighting ended in January 2014 and to this day Carol and her team still ask how we are doing and keep in contact with us. They have always been very professional and very caring. Carol is one of those rare attorneys who ultimately care about the outcome of the family and the best interest of the child. Anyone looking for a family law attorney, LOOK NO FURTHER, you have found the one you want! She is AMAZING!

Since this lawyer was appointed by the court to represent my child. I have attempted to call her for the last 38 days without any response. Today, I learned that she hasn't even contacted anyone I gave her the info about whom are considered "professionals" by the courts. I'm going to ask for a marsd...ens hearing and try to get an attorney who has their "clients best interests" at hand.

Carol was hired to represent my mother - she befriended my mother then turn around and yell at my mother like she was a little kid...telling her to "ShutUp" and not to act the way she does ........ she is not professional and I believe that she needs to have her liceanse pulled immed. she is has turn...ed my mom and dads divorce into a mess - never stood behind my mother . And is still holding my mothers money and will not release it !!!!!!!!!!!

Carol Adams will drag out your case, make false statements and destroy families without any question. She had client perjure themselves in documents and statements to court and when proven that she and client perjured themselves claimed she was not behind claims and them will drop client claiming "f...ailure to communicate". Carol Adams will not look out for the best interest of any children of her clients, and will have all psychological and mediator reports disallowed if she doesn't feel they will help her case regardless of the emotional damage she will cause of children in divorce cases. I have seen her turn children who had close loving relationships with both parents, turn children against one parent and completely alienate them from the complete side of the family. Children, parents, grand-parents and all family members have been adversely affected by her actions. She will do all this without remorse. Stay away from this attorney if you do not want to pay for years of counseling for your children to reverse the negative effects of a nasty and long drawn out court battle. Carol Adams is only out for your money. You would be much better off putting whatever you would pay her in fees into a fund for counseling and your child's education because she won't care that you have nothing when she is done. My kids suffered nightmares and many sleepless nights thanks to her.

Carol Adams whited out the hourly rate she told me she would be charging me after I signed the contract with her and raised the hourly rate $175. per hour stating this was necessary because she was going to ask for attorney fees in court. Carol Adams Never asked the ourt for Attorney Fees. Carol Ada...m stated to me when selecting an evaluator for the 730 "choose her, she is my friend, she will recognize the personality of petitioner, but do not tell anyone I told you this". This evaluator was not even a Psychologist. Carol Adams was given all of my witness declarations necessary for the evaluation eight months prior to the hearing for the 730 and NEGLECTED to file them until AFTER the 730 report was written. Even though I had been to her office to inform her that the evaluator would not read them because she had not filed them. Her statement to me was "I'll take care of it". Carol Adams had received a letter from opposing counsel stating that the docoument would not be allowed because they were not filed and FAILED to file them. Adams NEVER returned any of my telephone calls and filed to be removed as my attorney claiming that I did not communicate wth her. ALL LIES. Carol Adams is the one who failed to communicate. Carol Adams is not an Ethical attorney, lacks honesty and integrity, is unprofessional. Stay away from this "attorney". Carol Adams is rude and her daughter, Jennifer Clark, who is an attorney in her office even more so. The apple does not fall far from the tree.
