She will ruin your life if she decides she likes the other parent better than you. I paid for her and she has turned two healthy children into basket cases. You can't get her removed once she is on your case. Make sure your the parent she likes. I have paid an attorney a lot of money to defend me aga...inst her. My ex is pro per. He doesn't even need to get one. He has Carol to lie for him. Watch out. She ruined my life and my reputation. She spoke to me for ten minutes two years ago. She let's the other parent sit on interviews to influence the children. My children tired to remove her and she won't let them. I have no words. She will lie and lie just because she can.

When first appointed by the Courts for my child, we were worried that Mrs. Adams was not going to have enough time to be thorough with the case. We were so wrong! She indeed has taken up an incredible amount of hours to ensure all facts and information was taken in account. She has taken time out o...f her personal life to fly across country to Georgia for investigation in this interstate case. She visited both parents home, interviewed several individuals, compiled hours of information and put it in reports, talked to us to get an insight of what was best for the child, her client. She has been a true resounding voice for the minor. Mrs. Adams was impartial, honest, remained non biased, and genuinely there to report facts with the child in mind, not the wants of the either parent. With the case still over, she has continued to check in on her client, and even give talks to him. She has the respect of the child and speaks with him in a manor to where he can understand and feels important. Mrs. Adams has been a blessing, and does not know it. Our child really feels like he had a voice and say in court because of Mrs. Adams.I appreciate her patience and time with this and completely value her opinion. Thank you for not treating our child like a number, but more like a real person with a voice.

Carol Adams whited out the hourly rate she told me she would be charging me after I signed the contract with her and raised the hourly rate $175. per hour stating this was necessary because she was going to ask for attorney fees in court. Carol Adams Never asked the ourt for Attorney Fees. Carol Ada...m stated to me when selecting an evaluator for the 730 "choose her, she is my friend, she will recognize the personality of petitioner, but do not tell anyone I told you this". This evaluator was not even a Psychologist. Carol Adams was given all of my witness declarations necessary for the evaluation eight months prior to the hearing for the 730 and NEGLECTED to file them until AFTER the 730 report was written. Even though I had been to her office to inform her that the evaluator would not read them because she had not filed them. Her statement to me was "I'll take care of it". Carol Adams had received a letter from opposing counsel stating that the docoument would not be allowed because they were not filed and FAILED to file them. Adams NEVER returned any of my telephone calls and filed to be removed as my attorney claiming that I did not communicate wth her. ALL LIES. Carol Adams is the one who failed to communicate. Carol Adams is not an Ethical attorney, lacks honesty and integrity, is unprofessional. Stay away from this "attorney". Carol Adams is rude and her daughter, Jennifer Clark, who is an attorney in her office even more so. The apple does not fall far from the tree.
