Far exceeded my expectations

The experience and knowledge you want

I thought this process would be straight forward. I knew what happened, who was at fault, and the injury I had incurred. But the insurance company’s lawyers questioned every aspect of the case and tried to put an opportunists spin on it. In their eyes every victim is trying to win the “Personal Injur...y Lottery.” Facts and medical results were suspect, and they did their best to make me question my very own personal value. Past earnings, age, and physical ability were all held against me. They play hardball. That is exactly why you need Mr. Regar. His 40+ years of experience is the key. Having seen it before, he can deal with it now. He could analyze the facts and see the holes in the defendant’s story. Of course things never go as well as you had hoped. One can always wish for the Moon but most cases settle. I only wanted my future income restored. Mr. Regar knew how to weigh the offer versus the risk of failure if we had moved forward to trial. It takes experience to know when to say stop while you’re ahead. Mr. Regar has that.

I wouldn't use anyone else.

When your life has been turned upside down, you need someone knowledgeable, aggressive, and very experienced to help you get it back on track, with the best possible outcome. That is what Barry Regar did for me. Great staff, great communication, and top dollar. I wouldn't call anyone else.
