I normally do not write reviews. However, my experience with Mr. Regar was so superior that I am compelled to do so. I was involved in a serious auto accident and as a result of the accident, I suffered a very painful back injury. The physical evidence and the other drivers admission of guilt left no doubt that I was fault-free in the accident. The challenge was getting proper indemnity from the insurance companies. To complicate matters, there were three separate insurance policies associated with the accident. In addition, the vehicle damage did not reflect the seriousness of the impact. I was driving a SUV, which sits higher than a typical car, and the other party was driving a low profile import vehicle. Much of the impact went underneath my vehicle. To complicate matters even worse I had suffered an injury to my back a few months before the accident, I knew there was no way I could get a satisfactory settlement from the insurance companies without professional help. I researched attorneys on the internet and fortunately discovered Barry Regar. Mr. Regar reviewed my medical documents and the physical evidence. There was no question I was injured from the accident but getting the insurance companies to pay was another matter.
