Biography
I have been helping accident victims victims fight insurance companies and their lawyers for over 40 years. My firm has had multi-million dollar verdicts and settlements. I don't just settle cases out of court. I have had over 100 jury trials and have won most of them. My highest verdict was 5.7 million against Chrysler. I have tried cases against other car manufactures. My firm won a case against the County of San Bernardino for 5.5 million dollars. I have represented family members for wrongful death claims against corporate and private defendants. I have represented victims against governmental entities for dangerous road designs which caused paraplegia and quadriplegia. I spent a year in the District Attorney's office of Riverside County going to trial in felony cases.
