Attorney Senske has been helping me on my divorce case. My experiences with Attorney Senske are that she is very knowledgable in family law and she is very professional as an attorney. To begin with, I could not afford to hire a full time attorney. Attorney Senske was offering a limited scope pr...esentation service to me where I was allowed to be a pro per (representing myself in court). All along, she has been given me a lot of honest, professional and unbiased advices on every single step for the divorce process. She was also assisting me to speak or negotiate with the OP in very fair manners Before I started, Attorney Senske had spent some time explaining to me in details what to be charge from my retainer's account. I found all the charges matching to the contract I signed. All the charges were fair and reasonable. In addition, I would get an account statement every week of what I was charged. Attorney fees are never cheap, as compared to other law firms, I think Attorney Senkse is very reasonable. Also, I saved a lot of money by representing myself with Attorney Senske as my consulting attorney. One thing I really appreciate about Attorney Senske is that she is a very fair attorney whom she does not do tricks to fool the OP whereas I have found the OP is very tricky, deceitful and unreasonable.

Ms. Senske represented me in my divorce. She knows family law and procedure well enough, but her character and ethics are questionable, in my opinion. She knew that I was low on funds. (She accepts payment in cash only, no credit cards. ) She sent me an invoice for $4,000, AND required an extra $...1500 retainer for work to be done in the future. I literally emptied my bank accounts so she could be paid, plus an additional $1500 on top of that. The moment she received the checks she dumped me. Once she knew I was out of cash she jumped ship, leaving me to fend for myself with no money to hire a new lawyer. Shameful behavior. If you hire her, make sure you have a huge trust fund!
