I am so thankful I found Mr. Stephen Brodsky to represent me for the 1st time DUI defense. I went to Mr. Brodsky to take care of a 3 year old warrant for a no show to court and to resolve the related case of false identification to a police officer. Mr. Brodsky had a presence about him when he first stepped into the court room. I was far more confident in the possible outcome right away.... Within a few minutes, he was more aware of what was going on in the courtroom than the DA and his aides were. The warrant was quickly repealed at this first appearance. He also arranged for my presence to not be necessary for all further court meetings. A few months after the warrant dismissal, the charge was dropped for violation of right to a speedy trial. I am glad I went to Stephen Brodsky for help, he took care of my problem without having it in my daily life. I would recommend him to anyone.
