I am writing this review as a very grateful client whose career was saved by the timely efforts of Mr. Brodsky to gather crucial evidence of my innocence and present that evidence to the Chief of the City Attorney’s domestic violence division. First of all, Mr. Brodsky met me at a Denny’s on a Sunday... morning and sat with me for over two hours, listening to me and asking me important questions to develop my defense strategy. As a result of this first confidential consultation, Mr. Brodsky had a psychological evaluation performed in late August, 2013, and he obtained sworn statements from colleagues in my work place concerning my reputation as a non-violent person. He also presented work performance evaluations attesting to my character for honesty. Mr. Brodsky also established early rapport with my wife, and, as a result of his calm demeanor, my wife’s attitude changed 180 degrees and she decided she wanted to save our marriage. Mr. Brodsky’s timely presentation of the evaluation and other evidence to the City Attorney resulted in the rejection of all criminal charges. If not for Mr. Brodsky’s timely intervention on my behalf, I can honestly say my life, my marriage and my career would, very likely, have been compromised, if not destroyed. I went to Mr. Brodsky to take care of a 3 year old warrant for a no show to court and to resolve the related case of false identification to a police officer. Mr. Brodsky had a presence about him when he first stepped into the court room. I was far more confident in the possible outcome right away.... Within a few minutes, he was more aware of what was going on in the courtroom than the DA and his aides were. The warrant was quickly repealed at this first appearance. He also arranged for my presence to not be necessary for all further court meetings. A few months after the warrant dismissal, the charge was dropped for violation of right to a speedy trial. I am glad I went to Stephen Brodsky for help, he took care of my problem without having it in my daily life. I would recommend him to anyone.
