Civil rights / disability case

Mark and his firm (PotterHandy) are extremely proffessional and passionate about what they do. My experiences with them have been very efficient and effective. Not only is Mark extremely knowledgable about what he does, he is ethical, friendly, easy to work with, attentive, considerate, and extremely... fair. All adjectives that don't usually describe an attorney. He has found his "calling". Moreover, he has found his niche and he wins cases! Mark genuinely cared about my disability, and me as a person. I was going through a lot in my life while this case was going on and my after my case settled, I can not only call him my attorney but I would call him a friend.

Much gratitude

It's with much gratitude that I give this review to Mark Potter. The professionalism, the communication along with an eagerness to please the client and to follow through with ease is truly commendable. Being disabled, court can be trying,uneasy and uncomfortable but Mark and his colleagues made this... process smoothe for me and not only did I win the case but the opposing side is fixing the issues that were addressed so others would not have to go through with what I did.
