Biography
Ramin Hariri is the principal and founder of the Hariri Law Group.
Born and raised in San Diego, Mr. Hariri attended San Pasqual High School in Escondido. He later attended the University of California, San Diego and graduated in 2002.
After graduating UCSD, he attended Loyola Law School in Los Angeles. While at Loyola, Mr. Hariri was a member and editor of the distinguished Loyola of Los Angeles Entertainment Law Review. He also externed for the Honorable Judge Ellen Carroll for the Central District of California Federal Bankruptcy Court. During his spare time, he volunteered at the Domestic Violence Clinic at the Chula Vista Courthouse in San Diego, assisting individuals involved in harassment, stalking and other related forms of domestic violence.
In 2007, Mr. Hariri began his legal career working on behalf of several prominent national litigation defense firms.
While at these firms, Mr. Hariri represented clients on a wide range of complex civil litigation matters, including, but not limited to, toxic torts, product liability, landlord/tenant disputes, environmental contamination issues, professional liability (malpractice), premises liability, business litigation, and personal injury claims.
Mr. Hariri splits his practice by representing both Plaintiffs and Defendants in civil litigation matters. His extensive experience representing both Plaintiffs and Defendants gives him a keen understanding of the values, interests and injuries that relate to each of his clients - whether they are on the defense side or the plaintiff’s side.
This balance of perspective allows Mr. Hariri to pursue the best avenues to advocate on behalf of his client’s interests. Mr. Hariri has successfully represented clients in mediation, arbitration, and trial.
Mr. Hariri is admitted to practice law in California and the United States District Court for the Central District of California.
Personal
Mr. Hariri resides in North County and in his spare time enjoys hiking, tennis, golf, and traveling. Mr. Hariri mentors law students and engages in community outreach projects.
