Beware; took $2,500 and missed deadline
I retained a Jamie Galati to file a simple objection to my being named in a Trust petition filed. Not only did she misspell my name on the petition but the day before the filing deadline she told me that the $2,500 went into a Trust (yeah right!) and billed me over $4,000. All I ever got out of this ...

Always good to check references
I hired Ms. Galati to file the necessary paperwork to have the Trustee removed from our family's Trust due to his questionable behavior. After what Ms. Galati claimed was 13.5 hours of work, there was little progress being made. Therefore, I had no choice but to terminate the case with Ms. Galati.
