About Brian
Biography
Brian M. Holm founded Holm Law Group, PC. As Managing Attorney for the Business and Real Estate Division of Holm Law Group, PC, his time is primarily spent in assisting clients with both their transactional and litigation needs. Mr. Holm has many years of experience in managing civil cases involving a wide variety of legal issues, ranging from all types of contractual matters to real estate disputes to defamation. In handling these cases, Mr. Holm utilizes every tool in his arsenal, and has proven himself to be an incredibly skilled and creative problem solver, always with an eye toward his clients' ultimate goals and needs. For this reason, he is often called in to assist other attorneys in handling complicated or challenging legal matters.
Mr. Holm attended Indiana University, where he obtained a Bachelor of Science in Mathematics. Thereafter, he moved to San Diego, and earned his Juris Doctor from California Western School of Law. While there, Mr. Holm earned Dean's List honors, and was a member of the Entertainment and Sports Law Society.
Mr. Holm is admitted to the California Bar, and is licensed to practice in all California courts, as well as the United States District Court, Southern District of California. Mr. Holm is a member of the San Diego County Bar Association and Consumer Attorneys of San Diego.
When he is not practicing law, Mr. Holm enjoys spending time with his wife, traveling, golfing, and watching Indiana Hoosier basketball and Chicago Cubs baseball.
