My client met someone on a dating site. During their first date she blacked out and woke up in the ER where the police arrested her for DUI since she was found unconscious in the driver's seat of her ... automobile. Her date was standing outside of the vehicle when police arrived. During investigation, we discovered that the PASSENGER airbag had a perfect impression of our client's face impressed into it consisting of my client's foundation, mascara and eyeliner. The valet from the restaurant also stated that the gentlemen effectively carried my client out of the restaurant to the valet stand, placed her in the passenger seat of her car and then drove my client's car out of the parking lot. The case reached a favorable confidential settlement on the eve of trial.
