Michael Jolic was appointed by my company to handle my Visa application and later the application for my permanent resident card after I was relocated from Germany to the USA. Michael was extremely responsive and supportive during these times, he was not only processing the applications quickly and ...very diligently, he was also able to explain specifically difficult legal details in a way that I could understand them. When I first began working with Michael Jolic, it was my first time working with immigration. Needless to say, he had a lot to teach me. Michael enabled me to be successful in processing immigration paperwork for my employer based on his knowledge and service. Rather than just advising you what d...ocuments to complete for a visa, he explains why such documents are required. Each case he explains the rationale behind the processes and policies of the USCIS or Department of Labor, which helps me better prepare my company for what we can and cannot do for candidates. For example, we have had many cases of employees on visas that traveled internationally for their job. His ability to help us capture their time outside the US to extend their visas has been essential for our company to continue doing business with this staff. Michael's timeliness to my requests has also been important. Most recently we had an employee on an F-1 visa, working under OPT. When it came time to apply for her H-1B, we found out that she already worked on an H-1B with a non-profit, before earning her new degree and OPT. Although she was not subject to the cap on her previous H-1B, Michael explained that this time still counted against her overall allotment of 6 years of H-1B. We were already in process of having all applications prepared for an April 1 submission, but this unique situation created more work for this specific application. Michael was able to prepare the application under a short-time frame, and recapture enough time for us to continue employing this person within the US, while we applied for her PERM to continue working long term. Again, his wealth of knowledge has been greatly appreciated, and pivotal to the success of my company in employing non-immigrants.
